You can write Jake in the Provo MTC for free. After you've entered the site (www.dearelder.com), click on "Write a Letter" on the top menu bar. On this page select "Provo MTC" from the drop down menu and click "Write a Missionary." The program will have you fill in the information you would normally write on an envelope.
